Description of Work: Miriam cleaned our house for over 6 years. 3800 sq ft and we had two dogs to add to the challenge. She came once every two weeks and worked around our clutter and dogs and crazy schedule to keep our house clean. She was flexible with her schedule and helped us with whole house cleaning after a renovation and then when we emptied it to put on the market.

Description of Work: They charged $30 for gas mileage claiming that they lived very far away - later when I checked on Mapquest, I discovered that the distance was only 13 miles from my home! They also made arrangements to come and clean again on a regular basis and then didn't show at the agreed upon day. When I contacted them, I was told (by text message!)that they were actually unable to make it work. The cleaner's husband agreed to come and clean my carpets after giving me a quote. He said he'd be in touch to schedule the cleaning but didn't follow up. After I asked about it I finally heard from him that his equipment was broken and that he was going to have his friend/colleague contact me to clean instead - I never heard from the colleague. I was very disappointed in the service and with this wife/husband team- I had researched this company and the reviews were very good so I was excited to start with cleaners who sounded great and used green products. Interestingly, although the website says they are environmentally friendly, I smelled chlorine bleach in my home after the cleaning and was told that it was necessary in my bathroom. Finally, the website says that the company accepts credit cards - when I asked about this, I was told that they do not accept credit cards. Overall I was extremely disappointed in this service and didn't understand why they behaved so differently than their claims.

+ -1 moreThere was a lot to do after our tenants moved out. The bathrooms and kitchen including the refrigerator and stove needed a lot of work. The carpets had to be shampooed. They were very responsive when I requested additional work.
Description of Work: Cleaned the rental 3 BR condo.

She comes to my house on the scheduled day and when I return that evening the house is always neat, clean with fresh linens and fresh smell. + -1 moreMiriam is always punctual and has never missed a day. She cleans everything very well and is quite careful to take care of all the things in our home. She and her family are wonderful people and I consider them good friends. Whenever we need something they have been there for us. A couple of months ago we were burglarized and she and her husband came over immediately and fixed the window that was broken and offered to help out in any way possible. Needless to say, we are very happy with her work and her friendship.
Description of Work: Miriam comes to our home twice a month and keeps our home clean. She also comes by whenever we need her to come by to clean.
