and quot;Over the past 15 years or so I have purchased soil, compost and mulch from The Rock Shop. All has been done as requested and on time. This year I ordered 8 yards of triple shred mulch and it had quite a bit of clay in it, probably from the company that supplied the Rock Shop. I put out the mulch then called the Rock Shop the next day and just told them that there was clay in the mulch. The man at the Rock Shop said, and quot;I am sorry about that and will be happy to give you 2 or 3 more yards. We had a new shipment this AM so it will be very goodand quot;. I didn't even ask for anything other than that they realize there was a problem with clay. Within an hour I had 3 yards delivered with no fuss by a friendly driver and it was excellent! I really appreciate it when problems are solved without a fuss and they treat customers the way I believe they should be treated! Also there was no delivery charge for the extra mulch!

They were great and on time.

Mulch was delivered as ordered, but the delivery truck broke a medium-size branch on an ornamental cherry tree on the side of the driveway. I was not notified of this when it happened, but later when my son, who saw what had happened, called me at work. I called them to let them know, and they asked me what was needed to make things right. I was able to cut away the damaged section with a pruning saw myself, but they should have notified me of the damage rather than the other way around. I may yet need to call an arborist to see if the change in the balance of the tree will make it necessary to trim it more. Also, the mulch had some dirt in it.

Called to order the mulch on Thursday, with delivery on Saturday morning. Driver was punctual and very skilled with getting the dump truck into tight spaces. The mulch was exactly as described and of excellent quality.

Very well. They we a bit late. But since they will deliver with you not there, it did not matter. I have used them several times over the last few years, both for delivery and I have gone there to get a pickup truck load myself. I have always been happy with the service and the Mulch.
