Description of Work: Above named company provided very little, if any, services performed for the amount of remuneration received. (which was $2500 less than his fee for the job) He was hired (on referral of a major home building supplies store) to oversee and coordinate a bathroom remodel project. He showed up "at the site of the job twice--both times for a payment--no hands on work or significant coordinating was done by him. He did identify a competent licensed subcontractor who was subsequently hired directly by us to complete his portion of the remodel. This service is a total waste of a lot of money. Homeowner can easily do what he defines as his job. Good news is the job was completed successfully with homeowners serving as the project coordinators
