Even though they were a little later than the scheduled appointment, moving the piano from our house in Cary to our house west of Apex took less than one hour. We appreciated the fact that Jared had called to let us know they were going to be late, Even though it was only one item to be moved, their professionalism was evident. They were very careful not to nick recently painted doorways and walls. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely contact them again when the need arises.

The president, Jared Trudo is very pleasant and professional, always willing to offer advice on your move.  2 movers showed up as expected the morning of the move at 9am.  They were very professional and pleasant to deal with.  They were always willing to offer advice and help throughout the move.  They loaded the heavy items onto their moving truck and transported them to our new home in Wake Forest, NC.  It was approximately an hour away.  All items were protected correctly and great care was taken so that nothing was damaged.  They were very careful not to damage anything in either home during the move.  The movers even went the extra mile to help put some felt pads that we had purchased on our dining room hutch and a computer armoire to keep them from damaging our new hardwood floors in our new home.  I would highly recommend and use Superior Moving again in the future.  I had also used them previously to purchase moving boxes and paper from.  They always have the best prices on packing materials and the boxes are great quality, and they are extremely helpful with what types and how many boxes you may need when packing yourself.  They always are willing to offer you tips on how to save money on your moving costs.  As they realize it can become very costly to move and who does not need to and want to save money in today's economy!

After packing our own house up and using a self-pack moving trailer from a different company, my fiance and I realized we were too broken to unload everything again just a couple of days later. We booked 2 men from Superior Moving Systems with 2 days notice and it was no problem.
The day they were booked for, we waited for them to arrive at 9AM. After 1/2 hour waiting with no sign of them, we called and discovered that our contact info hadn't been saved. The men came about an hour later.
After the initial frustration, the guys were great. They moved everything out carefully and quickly. They were very personable and professional. One of the guys even found a screw for me to replace one that had been lost from a dresser handle.
I had them move a huge sectional sleeper out of the living room area and did fear that we may have taken some wall damage since there were a few turns to make before getting outside but there wasn't even a scuff. They were amazing.
They definitely overcame them snafu at the beginning and I will consider using them again if I need to move.

When Uhaul did not honor its reservation for a truck, we found Superior Moving, who agreed on very short notice--one day-- to make a weekend interstate move. They went out of their way to arrange service that would work, including delivery on a Sunday. The movers arrived on time, took care with their loading, listened, and were easy to deal with. The only less-than-professional touch was that they had to be asked for a receipt  and no inventory was done.  They arrived in Washington, DC as scheduled and went out of their way to make moving in easy -- put boxes where they were asked to, helped put together a bed, offered to place things on high shelves.  All together, the move was made easy and pleasant by this company that pitched in at the very last minute.
