We offer pre-listing home inspections, pre purchase home inspections and preventative maintenance home inspections along with radon testing. The licensed home inspector is a generalist and understands residential construction and residential systems. This is what I bring to every inspection. Advise on the market value or asking price of a property. Inspect things I cannot see due to wallcoverings, rugs, furniture, or other obstacles.

Worth every penny and more! Steve is meticulous and pays attention to every detail. His reports are clearly written and easy to understand. He communicates with you throughout the entire process, and even follows up afterward. I wouldn't trust anyone else!
