Description of Work: The repair person showed up and driveway was being repaired so his tools would have to be carried up to the house. He said could not do it hurt his back and would reschedule in a month, messaged him that day have never heard back.

My rental management company called three Heating and AC companies, but only Carrie Chan promised to come to our house on the same day. After she checked the system, she talked to us on the phone and explained what need to be replaced. She worked several hours on the project, and finished it before the evening came. Our tenant was happy. And it works until now, April 6, 2015.
Description of Work: Heating system. Replaced the main control board, burned wires connections, limit switch, pressure switch, on the basement unit, and the T-stat on the first floor.
