Sew Fine II is a 25 year old, locally owned, full service interior design company specializing in custom window treatments. We offer products that can be used to decorate a home, office, or outdoor living area. Sew Fine II has a decorated design studio conveniently located near Southpoint Mall. In our design studio is a Hunter Douglas Gallery featuring all products manufactured by Hunter Douglas. We offer in-home consultations by appointment.

Description of Work: These people are not professional by any stretch of the word. Came and took measurements for curtains and we wanted to change some things and was told they would research and get back. Have not heard a word from them. Beware of this company

Our designer met with you on May 30, 2015 in our design studio per the appointment you set up with her. She then met with you again on June 1, 2015, in the evening, to accommodate your schedule, at your new home. After that meeting, you changed the scope of the project and our designer told you we would be glad to help you with just a portion of the original project. You also requested different drapery hardware than originally specified. You were informed that the hardware that you were asking for was not strong enough to hold the drapery treatments you were requesting. Our designer told you she would research this and try to find drapery hardware that could work for your proposed treatments. Our designer emailed to you an update on her search efforts on June 5, 2015. She subsequently left you TWO phone messages in an attempt to discuss her findings with you. You did not return either call to her. The name you are using in this review is different from the name you used to schedule the appointments with our decorator. I am confused as to why you would use two different names: one to meet with us and one to post a scathing review. If you have concerns that need to be addressed, I (as owner) would be happy to discuss them with you.

Description of Work: I am a repeat customer of Sew Fine II. Barbara helped me 8 years ago when we bought this house. She gave me excellent advise for the living room and all window treatments. I am still getting compliments about my rooms. This year I wanted to redo the master bathroom. She helped me with the tile floor and wallpaper. I ordered also material to recover my dining room chairs. She is a pleasure to work with.
