Gary Gisclair was the name I was given upon hiring this man. He told me he worked through Angi and I hired him to pump out my septic tank on Apr.3, 2023. I paid him $548.00 using a credit card. My septic tank was again full to overflowing on Apr 16, 2023. I live alone and have had to have the septic tank pumped out only once the entire time I have lived here (20 years). It is obvious to me that I have been scammed by this person using Angi as his work-related reference. I know I will never receive any reimbursement for my $548.00 -it just is too much to expect anyone or any company advertising a service or product to be honest these days. I can only hope this letter is seen. by someone that can and will do something about the situation. Gail K

Dishonest or inept. We had the septic tank pumped a few years ago and was charged for a 1,000 gal tank. They estimated a 1500 gal tank and charged me accordingly. I have since received a copy of our septic tank permit which shows approval for 1000 gal tank. Recommend that if you have bought a house get a copy of the permit before you order this type of work. Also he said we needed a filter. Charged over 400% markup on the price when looked up the cost. I would understand the charge if we had an issue and they came out to find the filter needed to be replaced. But the labor was done with the pumping so they should have charged a modest markup for the filter. Finally they dug up my lawn and left it looking like a burial plot. They didn?t offer to put grass seed down since they didn?t carefully remove the top grass area and replace when done.

Originally hired in May and rescheduled 3 times. Was supposed to be here today, but was again a no show for appointment. I complained. Scheduled appt with Transou septic.

Made quick appointment. Showed up and diagnosed problem, provided suggested repair and other options. Excellent overall. Will use this company again.
