Very prompt in returning service request. Nick was punctual in showing up on time. Was professional in addressing me and helping me understand the problem. I needed expensive lift station pump for my offsite septic, but Nick was helpful with working with the cost with me. He was also very helpful in addressing my concerns about the septic situation until the new pump is available as it had to be special ordered

We are very pleased with Septics-R-Us. We contacted Septics R Us for tank maintenance and cleaning. Their representative (Nick)responded promptly and we scheduled a time for service. He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned and evaluated our system which is 41 years old. He added a filter and new riser, bringing our system up to code. He and Dyuante worked hard and professionally. They cleaned the area after finishing the work. My husband and I would recommend Septics R US with confidence.
