They did a great job and after watching them during the process was interesting and helpful. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. They really were stupendous !

Excellent job done on pumping and pump repair.

Overpriced. Told serviceman that I was charged for 1000 gal tank last time, but he charged me for 1500 tank stating that it used to be that one price was charged (but I did not use them before). I since requested a copy of the septic tank permit from the county, and we do only have a 1000 gal tank. So if he knew what he was doing and was honest, he should have known that I just had a 1000 gal tank. Second, he said I needed a filter. Charged over 400% markup on it when I checked the price of filters online. Finally, they just dug a hole in my yard and it looks like a burial plot. They did not carefully replace grass top and did not offer to put grass seed down for how they dug up the area. Will not recommend them and will not use them again.

Quick and effective

It was a great experience. We are a business ourselves. We have used others and had many bad experiences. These guys are polite, punctual, thorough, and informative. Septic is a dirty business, but these guys left us feeling satisfied and and happy. If you are a home or business owner you should definitely use them. We will be using them in the future and for our residences.

Called about a needing to have my septic tanked pumped, as there was a backed up drain line in my crawlspace I needed to deal with. They were able to provide me an appointment the next day. Most of the other vendors I called only offered appointments more than a week away. The crew arrived early and I was surprised to hear the project would take less than an hour. They worked quickly and were done on time without needing much involvement from me, including a cleaning of the backed up drain line. Would definitely use them again.

Corey and Gary were fantastic. They got here early, kept us informed every step of the way, and did a lot of work in a short time. We were concerned that we might have an issue that was more complicated that simply pumping the tank would fix, and sure enough, these guys identified the problem, took lots of photos, and patiently explained the situation to us. Corey and Gary were ultimately extremely professional, helpful, and unbelievably cheerful about their work. They obviously took pride in their efforts and wanted to keep us as a client. We purchased the services they needed to do without hesitation. There was no upsell--only reasonable problem-solving. We enthusiastically recommend this group. Ask for Corey and Gary!

Incomplete work on septic and $1225 charge. Spetic failed in 5 mos. and I was told warranty would not be honored and I had to pay an additional $2,200. High pressure, deceptive practices, bait and switch approach to what is really needed and what "warranty" covers.
