Their response time is amazing... they always come out as soon as we call making us feel like we are top priority no matter what. They communicate with us what we need (and don't need!) on a level that's easy to understand. They're the best!
Description of Work: They have repaired heating and A/C issues we've had at two locations. We are now on a bi-annual Preventative Maintenance plan with them. They check on us in between to ensure all of our HVAC needs are met.

+ -1 moreI called Scoggins in the morning and Stacy came the same afternoon. He was especially professional and knowledgeable. I thought the problem was the thermostat, but he also checked the compressor, the vents, etc. just to make sure exactly what the problem was. He explained everything he did in detail. I couldn't have been happier! PS...the majority of the cost was the programmable thermostat itself. The labor was only about $160.
Description of Work: A/C unit not working - pumping hot air. Replaced a damaged thermostat, cycled the A/C and checked the compressor.

+ -1 moreThey do heating and cooling for both commercial and residential and I like them because they are a local business. They are very professional and efficient and they always show up on time. They sell the service plan but I prefer calling them when I think I need to.
Description of Work: They installed my heat pump two years ago and now they come and tune it up around once a year. They test the pressure and keep it balanced. It's not a service plan, I just call them when I think it's necessary.
