Needed some plastering and painting, good job!

High quality work. Conscientious. Communication excellent. The house looks beautiful and it was in bad shape before they came.

Mr. Santiago and his crew are the absolute best in the quality of their work and made the whole process pleasant. They worked hard for two days to prep the house for painting -- sanding and caulking with great care. They always carefully cleaned up around the landscaping and yard and neatly stacked their ladders and other materials out of sight for easy access the next day. They ALWAYS showed up for work on time. In fact, several neighbors remarked on how hard the crew was working. In addition to hand-brushing the siding, they took the time to remove the screens (removable panels) on the screened porch so they could paint UNDER the screens. They addressed so many little things that most painters would ignore, such as making sure the front door was level and closing easily (they made it better than it was before they painted it). They even came back a month later after second-story shutter was blown off its brackets and reset it, at no charge. Mr. Santiago is very pleasant and accessible. We highly recommend their work.

We've worked with many painters, and Santiago provided the best service and workmanship of all. He was responsive and communicative throughout the project and did not want to be paid one cent until we were completely satisfied with his work. His crew's attention to detail -- from caulking to preparing walls and ceilings for painting -- was impressive. They were very hard workers and respectful of our furniture and home. They arrived on time (always called in advance of arrival) and were willing to work late and on Saturdays to complete the job and minimize the disruption. This was an extremely messy job (removing popcorn ceiling is difficult) and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

I had read good reviews about him. He came on time and did everything that he said he would. His estimate was a little high, but I was very pleased with him. I chose another company whose estimate was high too. I was much more impressed with the other company’s proposal as it was neater and more detailed.

He had a pretty good price compared to some other people that I used. He did what he said he would do. He said he would do it on time and he did it on time. I have used them three times and they were good.

Fantastic experience. Having worked with many builders, carpenters, painters, electricians, etc. over the years, Santiago is definitely the best. He and his team were professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. We had just had the hardwood floors refinished and they took great care to make sure no damage was done. His estimate was higher than others but it was more than worth it. They did so many extras. The walls look better than they did when I first moved in the house 15 years ago. We are hiring him to paint the exterior of the house in the fall.

Santiago and his crew are STELLAR painters and an incredibly honorable businessman. He is by far the best painter we have ever used - and we have tried 3 different local businesses over the last 10 years! He is incredibly responsive and helpful. He was meticulous about sanding and finishing the interior drywall. He came back twice to touch-up. He helped us negotiate a problem with our paint tint on our exterior paint job. Thanks to him the store owned up and fixed the exterior paint color, otherwise we would have had to pay several thousand extra! He is incredible. He sanded and re-finished the deck. Provided expertise on colors and suggestions for how and where to paint certain colors. Since our job, he has painted at our friends house and at our parents - and every time he has done a similarly excellent job. During our home remodel he was the most pleasant and helpful contractor we worked with - he stood out from all the plumbers, carpenters, electricians, engineers, etc. He was the best of the best and made the experience easy, helpful and a relief! He was also well known and respected by one of the local paint suppliers. He gets the job done, and delivers on his promises -even if it means he's up until 2:00 AM or all day Sunday...
