Showed up on time, and was quickly done. House looked great and cannot wait to continue to use service.

The house that they cleaned up had been renovated. I liked everything about it. There is nothing that I disliked. They were professional. They came on time. They worked while they were there. They left on time. That is important to me. Sometimes people get in here and don't leave. They had a lot to do. I paid them and they left.

I had them clean a few times. I do not think the amount/variety of things they clean is worth the price they charge. They are very particular in what they will not do. Also, they scratched all the burner marks off of my 1 year old stove (now it's difficult to tell which burner the knob controls).

I left multiple messages and never received a reply. I don't know how a business can run like this. I really wanted to hire them, but not now!

They come as a team and they are very good. They are fast and efficient.

WONDERFULLY!! I really cannot say enough good. We have a relatively large house (5,000+ sq feet), and Rosana and her team did an amazing job cleaning the place from top to bottom. Rosana returned my initial call within 24 hours and came the next day to give me an estimate. She came on time as scheduled and did a wonderful job cleaning my house. I have tried several other cleaning services over the 6 years I have lived in Cary with results from only fair to down right terrible. Other agencies have one person give estimates and then send a crew you have never seen to do the job. Rosana actually does the job with her assistants and oversees every detail of the work. Unlike other agencies, Rosana provides her own cleaning supplies as part of the cost of the job so no hidden expenses. Unlike other agencies, Rosana doesn't have to be told how to clean as she includes baseboards, interior windows, waxing wood floors, thorough dusting and vacuuming, and all bathroom and kitchen details. I can honestly say, I didn?t find one thing they missed. Not only was she and her crew very professional and efficient, but they were a real pleasure to have in my home. She is simply the best I have ever had and I hope to have her come back on a regular basis.

This is the house cleaner I have looking for for 5 years. I have suffered from lackluster cleaning since I moved from Raleigh to Durham. What a pleasure to have someone who knows what needs to be done, and does it without being told.

Rosana is the utmost professional; dependable, trustworthy, personable, smart, independent, a tireless and energetic worker, always willing and able to perform additional tasks as needed, including tasks unrelated to cleaning. In the 15 years that Rosana has been cleaning my 4,200 sq. ft. home, she has never said "no" or that she couldn't do it. If I was not completely satisfied with something, I would bring it up, and that was all that was needed. She would just say "OK" and then it was done--no arguing, no excuses. But I if I had to describe Rosana in just one word, that word would be RELIABLE. Rosana is the most reliable professional person I have ever known. She is like clockwork--arrives every week at the same time. In 15 years of service, she called only once to say that she was running late (son was ill). There were some rescheduled cleanings due to conflict in her schedule or mine; otherwise, she has been there week in and week out. I fully recommend her service.
