 + -1 moreHis not reliable. Did not complete the work. He is respectful. He did not clean the debris. He make a lot of promises. His very MESSY. Very unprofessional. He has nice personality but that wont do the job done. Its questionable if I will hire them again.

 + 2 moreWonderful experience and the house looks great. All of the work was done very well, on time, as described and for the contract price. All the workers were courteous and skilled. Before and during the project, Ian, the company owner, was very easy to get in contact with. They did a fantastic job on the painting. All of the rotten trim was replaced. The gutters were cleaned out, removed before painting and reattached just so. Loose shingles on the roof were repaired. The house is sparkling and looks new again. They went over and beyond my expectations, and the specifications of the contract, by taking care of other small issues. I would quickly and highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Power washed, caulked and painted exterior of house, replaced trim, and repaired loose shingles.
