Marvin, Roger, and Victor were very professional and accommodating regarding my schedule. They did a very good job in a timely manner.

I needed a last minute ceiling patch with texturing on a Friday and they came out to assess during lunch, went back to the shop to get materials, and finished the job quickly with very good results in terms of blending the ceiling texture to match. Very friendly and focused on the job at hand. I would highly recommend for drywall work, but would hire for general repairs as well based on my experience.

Marvin and Roger were fantastic to work with. Communication was prompt and estimate was clear and reasonable. RR&R came out to give me an estimate to rebuild my deck and add a pergola. They matched my picture perfectly and were awesome in helping me choose the perfect stain. The craftsmanship is excellent and my deck is even sturdier than before... no corners cut here. After completing, I was a little concerned with a crack in one board. They replaced quickly with no questions asked. Great guys and would highly recommend.

These guys are fabulous! They are punctual, honest and hardworking. So glad I found them. I am so pleased with the work on my home. They went above and beyond and the cost was reasonable. I have already recommended them to 4 or 5 people. Can't say enough wonderful things ! Great job!

Absolutely incredible work, communication, insight, and professionalism. Roger and his crew provided advice on our project and perfect execution of the final product. Furthermore, a project that would've easily taken a month or more by any other group was easily tackled by Roger and his team in just about a week and a half. I would definitely work with Roger again and highly suggest you do so as well for any home renovations that you require.

Restoration and Repairs were my knights in shining armor. They saved me from unimaginable water issues that were destroying my house and my sanity. They were true to their name. They repaired my yard with a French Drain System. Then, they waterproofed my entire basement from floor to ceiling. They replaced the drywall, doors, cabinets and a basement bathroom. They took their time and restored my basement as if it were their own. They were consistent and prompt each day, Monday through Saturday. They are not just a company, they’re family.

Avoid this incompetent, negligent, and dishonest contractor! Please avoid this contractor for the following reasons (we apologize in advance for the long review, but we think the details are important): Incompetent and sub-standard work: There was faulty, poor-quality installment on both the initial and second installation of our siding. The siding buckled after a few months of installing our vinyl siding. The company instead of taking responsibility for faulty installment, they said that our walls were uneven and that is why the siding buckled. However, we asked them how can it be the wall when we have the same type of siding there before and the wall never changed and we never saw buckling for years. This went back and forth, but they finally agreed to re-do the work. On the second installation, we went with aluminum siding. Instead of getting pre-cut aluminum siding, the company ordered sheets of siding that they then folded on the spot as the exact size is no longer available (key information we were never told about). The folded siding was not uniform in size; therefore, we have one large-width siding right next to a short-width siding. They said that we are just being perfectionists. We told them that we are not asking for perfection but that having mismatched-sized siding on the same wall is below industry standard. Negligent: When we noticed that the siding is mismatched, we called them right away. The company told us that they would either continue the work or stop and reimburse us of our money. We could not accept sub-standard work, so we requested for reimbursement. However, the company was negligent. They stopped the work midway, without reimbursing us, and left half the exterior walls without any siding, which made our walls vulnerable to environmental damages. We had to argue with them to put at least a covering so that the walls won't be exposed. Had we not insisted, they would have left our exterior walls without any covering. Dishonest: The company failed to communicate key information to us throughout the entire process and at few occasions, they lied and acted differently from what they said they would do or changed their story. One example is when they said in an e-mail that the reason they walked out is because we "kicked them out the property"; if this were true, then why did the owner leave us a voicemail saying they would come back later to put tarp covering on the house?

Excellent communication from Roger, Sandra, Eduin and the whole team. Easy to work with, punctual and completed the job, and another small project as agreed. I plan to keep their contact info for future needs.

Roger and brother Marvin were very helpful and would recommend them to anyone. They replaced our deck as well as adding to our driveway. Will hire again.

Roger and his crew were on the ball. We needed to complete the job quickly because we were putting our house on the market. The crew showed up Monday morning and worked hard all week to finish multiple jobs around the house (including drywall, painting, landscaping, and trash removal) and we’re finished by the end of the week. This is one of the hardest working crews I’ve seen.

Hired for a Deck replacement and Gutters based on their 5 Star reviews. Gutters look great, No complaints there. Now the deck, Did not like the fact they used our plastic cart to mix the concrete without even asking us (cart now lined with concrete), I would think a General Contractors crew would know to at least take the plastic tags off the ends of the wood (where deck lines house you can see plastic tags on all the ends).. Several places where they nailed railing you can visibly see they missed a lot of supports (wish I could post pictures). The staining looks terrible (I believe its from staining over wet wood... From a distance the Deck doesn't look that bad, but when on the Deck it certainly isn't a 5 star worthy job. Really wanted to give a good review, But have to give an honest one instead.

We had the deck to my Mom's house (in Chapel Hill) power-washed and re-stained. In the past I have seen sloppy jobs where stain was sprayed on a deck, but I was impressed by the careful brushwork used to apply the light mocha-colored stain by hand. During the process we identified several small tasks on Mom's deck (e.g., reinforcing loose posts, replacing a badly weathered ten-foot-long 2x4 rail, applying contrasting black paint on existing anti-slip step treads, power-washing deck furniture) that Roger performed at no extra cost to us. I will be contacting Restoration and Repairs in a few weeks about replacing the deck at my own house in nearby Durham. I have a very high level of confidence in their ability and reliability.
