RED MILL LANDSCAPE & NURSERY

Since May I've been trying to just get someone to come over to look at my property. It's graded so poorly that in a heavy rain, water gets to within inches of our home. I would think this would be a profitable job, but Bill Sparrow clearly doesn't need it. I've spoken to him once on the phone when he asked me to text him instead. I sent him 3 texts before he texted he was on vacation and would get in touch when he returned. I reached out to him twice after that and 2 weeks later he said he could come out on a Friday. I asked him to suggest another date because I was going in for surgery on that particular Friday. After another unanswered text I asked him to refer me to someone who would want to make some money and again got no response. You're wasting your time trying to get these people to even respond, much less to do the work professionally!

They are excellent. I think their price is reasonable. They are here all the time. We tried a couple of landscape companies. Their quality of service and responsiveness are excellent. They do a great job. They go above and beyond.

Communication was poor. I expected work to start in 3 weeks. I was lucky to get a verbal price quote first. The estimate did not come with any details of the job. Even after I accepted the quote the job was still not even started at week 8!! No communication with person if I did not make the call. This place is just to busy with not enough help

Great people to work with.

I was hesitant because I had heard rumors from others that they were notorious for not calling back. However, I was pleased that I was able to get someone to come out fairly quickly to look over things so that we could get moving on the estimate and the project. We wanted it done in the fall so I felt we were giving them ample time to get it done. Unfortunately as I type this in December I still have never heard anything back from them - not even the estimate. I called MANY times and could never get a call back. They were a total waste of my time.

I understood that he would contact me with an estimate of what the work would cost. I never heard back from them. I waited a week and called. I left a message to please inform the landscape contractor to call me. He never did.

Amazing job. Design was exactly what we were looking for our home. Landscaping was done as planned. Very professional, prompt service. Well trained staff. We would recommend Red Mill Nursery for your landscaping and design. We would use them again.

I contacted Red Mill Landscaping in November and Randy was planning to stop by for a consult if he could fit me in. He clearly was detained by his previous project because he never showed up. I eventually called two more times and tried to reschedule but my calls were never returned. In March I went to Red Mill to try and get some direction for plant material I could use, but only one person was there. I patiently waited for my turn and the gentleman directed me to a area to look for a shade loving evergreens. I could not locate the planst and he was involved with another customer. I decided at this point that my business just wasn't that important to them and gave up trying to use their services. It is my understanding this is a good company. I can only assume my needs were not big enough and they are plenty busy with other clients.

Red Mill provided an estimate and design plan for the landscaping and driveway. They were prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the final outcome. They worked with me to ensure that I was happy with the final product and within budget. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
