R&C Services provided outstanding customer service. They are very responsive and provided great advise. Their pricing for a new heat pump was 33% less than competitors. The competitors also charge service fees for coming out. R&C installed the new unit within a couple of hours. Chris was great to interface with. I highly recommend R&C Services.

Contractor was courteous, prompt and well-groomed. He responded quickly and came when he said he would. He performed work quickly, satisfactorily at reasonable price. He seemed very knowlegeable and worked well w/out extensive direction. He left work area clean and when he completed the work, it was done properly, the complaint was addressed and satisfied. I especially liked how organized /clean the service van was when he arrived. His orderly equiptment suggested to he might take a thoughtful and measured approach to the repair. He and his team member were respectful to me and to each other. We really appreciated his professionalism.

He got our A/C up and running quickly and at a reasonable price. He even went the extra mile, clearing out some weeds that had built up in front of our A/C units. He made up for my laziness--how cool is that?!

Arrived slightly later than expected but otherwise the service was excellent. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit, gave me a reasonable final price that was well within the estimate, and fixed the problem within half an hour. In addition to quick service, Chris was very friendly.

I am new to the Chapel Hill area. After posting my request on ServiceMagic, I received three calls from HVAC companies. I selected Chris at R&C Services due to his confidence and professional attitude on the phone. I was not wrong. Chris was on time for our appointment, inspected the system and diagnosed the problem, offered serveral options to correct the problem, and repaired my system.
