They called me back and came out to estimate repair on the same day. It was a Friday of a holiday weekend. Part was to arrive 1st thing Tuesday. Bad weather caused delivery delay. Part came Wednesday, and repair was made that day.

We suspected the compressor on our a/c unit had died (on the hottest day of the year so far!). R&C called us back right away, said they could be at our house by 12:30pm. Other companies had told us to not expect any service until Monday! R&C actually called and said they could come at 10:00am (yippee!). They fixed the problem in a matter of minutes (it was NOT the condenser), explained what had happened to us and even cleaned the unit for us. They were life-savers.

Chris was pleasant and debugged the leak in my A/C exchanger. They resoldered it and it has been working fine for over 2 months.
