Description of Work: My husband and I have a very expensive 9X12 wool rug that needed its first professional cleaning after six years of hard wear as the centerpiece in our living room. We trusted this company because they had cleaned other carpets in our home in previous years. So, of course, we called them again. Reggie remembered us and, even though we had called during a busy holiday week, he came right away. He told us that he could do a much better job if we would allow him to take the rug back to his workshop for a really thorough cleaning and drying before replacing it on our hardwood floor. He rolled up and hoisted this incredibly heavy rug over his shoulder and carried it out to his truck. Then, true to his word, he returned the rug, beautifully and thoroughly cleaned, in just a few days. We have great confidence in his professionalism and his honesty. His prices are extremely modest for the wonderful quality of his work and the difference the bright and clean rug makes in our home. We will always call this company whenever we need to have our rugs or upholstery cleaned.

Description of Work: I have been using this company for over 8 years in my home and for over 6 years at my daughter's home. R&R Carpet provides 24-hour a day service. R&R always comes on time and does excellent work on wall-to-wall carpeting as well as area rugs. They do a great job on "dog-smell" removal as well. I have on occasion had upholstery cleaned alsol.
