lawn mower repair

Description of Work: They repaired for me a lawn mower that I had had for 2 years that would not start. They were very nice, explained fully what they had done, and did the work in fewer days than originally estimated. The mower started right up.

+ -1 moreThey were very friendly and easy to work with. When I stopped in with my weedeater/leaf blower unit the gentleman who helped me let me know that there would be an $18 charge to take a look at it, and that the work could cost as much as a new one, as just the labor costs were around $60 an hour. He was very up front about the possibilities and probabilities. Later when I picked up the unit I was told that it needed a new carburetor and would cost $80 to $100 to fix it. I opted not to get it repaired and when I went to pay for the $18 service fee, they wouldn't let me pay. Maybe because I was a woman? Maybe because I am pregnant? Maybe because they are just nice guys? For whatever reason, I am appreciative. We haven't had much need for small engine repair, but if I ever have any in the future I will be stopping by their business first.
Description of Work: We brought our weed eater/ leaf blower into them to see if it was worth repairing. They were very upfront on the cost of diagnosing the problem and the possible cost of repairing it.
