Kenny was great. Installed a water softener system I purchased where there hadn't been one for a much more reasonable price than any other quote. He was even able to cap off pipes so they didn't go to my outside bibs without cutting through the drywall. Very professional and excellent work! I would highly recommend and hire again.

We had hired another plumbing company that tried twice to fix the toilet. It kept leaking. Pure Line Plumbing fixed the leak. It took longer than expected, but it no longer leaks.

Lisa provided AMAZING customer service and went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to advocating for me as a customer. My husband interacted with Edwin and Eli and found them to be knowledgable and professional. They provided a fairly priced quote, worked with us on the price where they could, and gave us an overall positive experience. There was no high-pressure or scare tactics. Scheduling was easy. Responsiveness to an urgent situation was AWESOME. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Provided us with an estimate of a tankless hot water system. Worked with us urgently in an efficient manner and also worked with us on the price. We would have worked with them for the job -- and only selected another company whom we called before Pure Line and whom could squeeze us in the same-day due to a cancellation.

I use a home warranty service and they sent out a plumber to look at the blown water heater in my rental property. This plumber said that I needed to relocate the water heater which would cost me an additional $475 (plus my $75 warranty service fee). The plumber also stated that he couldn't do the work for 72 hours. I didn't agree with the diagnosis of the plumber and as this was a rental property and I definitely couldn't have my tenant without hot water for 3 days. On the recommendation of my property management company I called Pure-Line at approximately 11:45 am in the morning and they had a tech on-site before 1 pm in the afternoon. After the tech looked at the problem, he gave a diagnosis that was different from the original plumber, more in line with what I was expecting. What was required was to cut the drip lines for my A/C unit, remove the old water heater, install the new water heater and patch the drip lines. While the cost was a bit more than the original plumber, Pure-Line could do the work that day. I asked the tech to proceed at about 1:45 pm and received notification from my tenant that everything was completed at 4:45 pm. All told, it cost me $162 more than the original plumber and I got the work done the same day, in line with what I expected to be done. My tenant and I are both very happy with the work done by Pure-Line and I will use them again if needed and recommend them to anyone that asks for a plumber.
Description of Work: Replaced water heater. Removed old water heater.

The Repairman was great. He showed up on time, took a look and gave me an estimate quickly. He asked me if I knew where the shut off valve was and because of my short time in the house I did not. He located the shut off valve and then let me know where it was located for future reference. He work efficiently and the work was completed in a about 45 minutes. The Repairman also pointed out that the air handler under the house had what he thought was excessive condensation. He was being kind an helped me identify a problem with my air handler and condenser unit.
Description of Work: Replaced an outside faucet that was leaking (apparently the pipe had burst during the winter).
