 + -1 moreWe had PSNC remove our old water heater in the attic which was rusting out (e.g. "timebomb") and install a tankless water heater in our crawl space. They did a fantastic job and we love the Rinaii! The crew was meticulous and clearly did a fantastic job in the install. They were passionate about good craftsmanship and getting it done right. We were going to go with a private plumber but these guys know this business and it was very much worth using PSNC. We are very happy!

Description of Work: I used psnc to do a home energy audit. As a customer of PSNC for my gas service, I couldn't beat the price... $20! I had checked around with other home energy auditors, and most ran between $100-300. So for $20 I didn't really expect much. But the man who came out was surprisingly thorough. He did a full blower door test, thermal imaging walkthrough, and pointed out several areas that would benefit from some additional attention. He was very helpful in answering several questions I had, and didn't try to push any services. |And the bonus? I got to select up to $20 worth of items (CFLs, caulk, outlet cover insulators) for free! Absolutely totally worth it!

Description of Work: We had them install a tank-less water heater with a continuous hot water circulating system. They installed the gas lines outside of the house at the foundation and not under the house as was explained by the sales rep. They did not seem to be knowledgeable of the circulating system. After the initial install the techs had to contact the manufacture in order to get the system to work and this was after two service calls.

Description of Work: Installed new natural gas lines up to the house, including meter. However, another contractor converted the house LP Gas appliances to natural gas. PSNC ran the new gas pipes from the street to the meter with minimal damage to the yard. They were very attentive to avoid damage to the well water pipes that were in the vicinity. Overall, the experience was very positive.
