Charles and Leah are the best! They run an incredibly professional company and are a delight to work with. I definitely rest easy knowing that they are instantly responsive when I need their help. I have an older pool and it often has a component that fails. When that happens I usually get a response within minutes, and they do everything they can to fit me into their schedule. Almost always the very same day. I couldn't feel more strongly than I do about recommending them to anyone looking for pool maintenance or advice. It really takes away any anxiety I sometimes have about owning and maintaining a swimming pool.

We hired Progressive Pools to help with pool maintenance. We requested biweekly service, which primarily consisted of shocking and basic maintenance. Although relatively costly, my impression is that the service was competent, and there were never any specific problems with quality. However, customer service was extremely poor, and there was a very significant problem with professionalism. There was certainly a lack of responsiveness, very poor communication, and Interactions were often unhelpful, to the point of being rude. Although we tried to overlook this, it eventually became enough of a problem that we were forced to discontinue service

They have been excellent. They are prompt and go above and beyond. They also fix mechanical issues. We have been very happy with them.

This was a positive experience. The pool liner went really, really well. They did a good job on that. We paid for the heater, but it took 5 months to get working. The quality of work on the pool liner would get an A and the pool heater would be a C. They did not have anybody lined up to install the gas or the related things to the pool heater which is necessary to make it work. The salt pool has worked out really well and was really well done.
