Chad was very professional. He inspected the entire 4-panel window and found issues that needed immediate correction. My window is now safe and secure thanks to his expertise. It was a pleasure to work with him because he would let me know exactly when to expect him and would explain carefully what needed to be done and what he'd accomplished on a given visit.
