Brian was great! He was knowledgeable about the work, flexible in his schedule, and super easy to work with. I'd definitely work with him and Net Friends again!
Description of Work: I worked with Brian out of the Raleigh office to diagnose and fix my slow Mac. He worked with my computer remotely to try to solve the problem, which was super convenient. When he had tried all of the standard solutions, he worked to find a very reasonably priced replacement hard drive, and then did the work to install it. When I picked my computer up, it was running better than new!

Read a lot of ads and even called a few places that didn't call back. Actually did a drop-in at this place. Very prompt service. Nice ambience. Courteous, professional organization. Diagnostic was done within 90 minutes. Amy runs the front office quite effectively. Would definitely recommend. They even sent me a Xmas card although my bill was very low. Will return if IT type problems pop up in the future. The business is definitely named correctly. I normally try to give my business to folks I would have a cup of coffee with.
Description of Work: Needed a diagnostic on my laptop, as I suspected the hard drive had retired. Would not boot from emergency disk. They verified my need and offered a very fair price to replace HD, restore files, etc.. These things I can do myself but was pressed for time, but decided to buy a new laptop.

Very well. It was an emergency weekend service.

I called and they sent out a technician the next day to my home. He successfully solved my computer's problems and got my Blackberry, email, and Outlook connected to each other.
Description of Work: Helped me fix some glitches in my computer and set up my Blackberry/Outlook connection.
