Natural Zen was amazing! My appointment was at 9:00 and they showed up at 8:45. They came in and started working right away. I had so much stuff I had to end up paying for another hour but I was well worth it. The ladies were all very nice. Will be using them again next month. Thanks ladies you rock!

We've been using Natural-Zen for roughly 6 months now and have been thrilled. First things first, yes, they are a tad on the pricey side. That being said; it has been my experience that with cleaning you really do get what you pay for. With cheaper cleaners (in the past) we have always noticed corners being cut. Not so with these guys; blinds, the top of door frames, under our stove burners, everything always looks great. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing because quality can sometimes drop off after initial sessions but this has not been the case at all.

This service did not provide less stress as promised. Scheduling issues, poor communication and rude owner sum up the major issues. The team showed up over an hour early after rescheduling the previous business day before. The team leader's phone service did not work which made communications impossible. The team encountered an issue and due to phone service issues between the team, myself and the office we could not resolve it and they left without completing some of the work. Came home to check work and found dirty carpets and a sticky stain on kitchen floor and a bottle of my own dish detergent more than half used with white residue all over it. There was a satisfaction guarantee policy that stated they would have someone out within 24 hours to address. Owner flat out told me too busy and could not send someone out. He offered a discount for future clean and said had no idea when that could even be scheduled due to being so booked. Owner did not return calls in timely manner, answered the business line with a crying baby in the background and hung up on me when I told him I was not satisfied with his attempt to offer a discount.

The crew at Natural Zen Cleaning is very professional and very thorough. They go above and beyond to ensure a very neat home. I've hired them again and again and will continue to do so.

Natural Zen Cleaning always does a thorough job. The cleaners do what they say they will do, which can be surprisingly hard to find in a house cleaning company. They don't appear to rush. We like the company.
