I have had the pleasure of assisting my clients buy and/or sell real estate since 2000. I love the challenge that comes with every transaction. No two situations are the same. Each one provides an opportunity to learn and grow in my profession. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Having been a teacher and a counselor for many years has prepared me to provide the support, patience and encouragement clients often need. I love teaching buyers and sellers about the intricacies of the process, the legalities and all of the factors critical to making informed decisions. I respect my clients dreams, honor their wishes and strive to help them meet their ultimate goals. I am a member of the National Association Of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors and Triangle MLS, I am also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Assist clients in selling and buying real estate in NC and referring to other ReMax agents outside of the local Durham NC area. I will personally prepare a market analysis and make referrals to other professionals to prepare the home for sale or otherwise assist in the purchase or sale of real estate.

Nancy was unbelievable! Previously we had been unhappy because whenever we found a house we liked, it was off-market before we could even make an offer. When we first called Nancy about a house we liked, on a Saturday afternoon, the busiest day of the week for realtors, she offered to take us on Tuesday because her Sunday and Monday were already packed with viewings, a closing and even an open house. When I expressed my mild level of panic over having to wait, she quickly offered to squeeze us in between a brunch meeting and her open house the very next morning. We looked at 3 homes, fell in love with 1 and Nancy was on the phone to the listing agent before we even left the property. She prepared the offer that night, still emailing me with questions and suggestions until 11:30 pm!
On Monday, when she had wall-to-wall appointments, she found out that the listing agent had 4 showings scheduled for "our" house. She interrupted her totally packed day, drove over to my house to bring me the offer to sign and patiently took the time to make sure I understood everything. She wanted to make very sure that our offer got to the seller before anyone else's!
After the seller accepted our offer, on her own initiative, she thought to ask the sellers if they would include the lawnmower and yard tools. The seller agreed and we were very happy with her ability and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty for us.
Nancy is very experienced, very careful and one of the nicest, down-to-earth persons that you will ever meet. She could easily have put us off until Tuesday, when one of the buyers on Sunday might have already made an offer on the house - and we would have lost it. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She'll give you 110% every time.
Others want to stay informed. Nancy, on the other hand, calls me to
make sure nothing is falling between the cracks.
All agents say they care, and most do. The question is how much.
Nancy really does care. It’s not just words. It is amazing to me the effort
she puts into making sure everything goes smoothly. Many things she
does are technically not a real estate agent’s responsibility, but she
does them anyway.
I highly recommend Nancy Rizzo. You can’t buy caring.
