Overall it went well. They did a good job of removing 11 diseased plants for a very reasonable price and their mulch price was also competitive. The quality of the mulch looks good. It was clear that they covered our beds with more mulch than the people we were dissatisfied with last year and they did a good job of clearing the beds of larger weeds rather than just dumping the mulch on top. They mistakenly dumped mulch on a part of our lawn adjacent to a bed that wasn’t to be mulched which meant that they didn’t have quite enough mulch to finish one bed but they are bringing out extra at no cost to us to rectify that and we actually like the look of our new larger than anticipated bed! They are also responsive to email. It took a couple weeks for them to be able to come out after we hired and took a while for them to come out for the initial estimate them but it is the busy season so that is understandable. A minor issue is that they mistakenly cut an irrigation line when removing plants but they let us know about the issue and the cost to fix that will be less than $2 so it isn't a big deal. I'd have likely cut a line too if I was removing the plants myself.

A little hard to get in contact and schedule. However was very pleased with the result. Cost was significantly lower than other's prices and the work was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely use again.

They responded fairly quickly to our request. They agreed to do an estimate with no one available to meet them. They emailed us the estimate as promised. Very fair price. Came on time and mulched as promised. Very professional work, punctual, and courteous. The yard looks great.

The service was great. Alex and his team finished in one day, covering all the areas that needed mulch, trimmed the trees well, and removed and then covered/mulched the bushes we needed removing. The service was great, Alex was very easy to talk to and discuss the project with, and the finished results look fantastic. We asked for a different type of mulch for our raised garden bed, and Alex had no problems installing this for us. We would definitely recommend Alex/MulchMan and use his services again.

The yard looks really good! They are very reasonably price. We have had people compliment us on our yard!

Mr. Cochrane was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about not only mulch, but also landscaping and lawn care in general. He brought up a number of issues and ideas for consideration, that I would not have thought of otherwise. He and his crew were very professional and courteous, and even did a few extras to ensure that the end result was the best it could be. I do plan to use their services again and would highly recommend Mulchman to others looking for not only mulch but a number of other services they now provide.

He was a very hard worker and the end product was great, however he was on the expensive side.
