We plan to staff your building with above average wage rates which will attract and retain the most qualified labor to give responsive and consistent service. All company employees are pre-screened, dedicated professionals. Our goal is to provide you with high quality, cost effective custodial cleaning services. We have the experience and the capabilities to meet and exceed your needs. We believe that successful accounts are a result of proper planning, communication, and follow through. McCullers accomplishes these objectives by assigning a salaried manager to your account. After service is met or exceeded, your area manager will assume the day to day duties of managing your account by conducting routine visits, coordinating any specific requests, and scheduling job specific activities. Feedback is encouraged to ensure our service level exceeds your expectations. After a walk-through of your facility and a discussion with you regarding your desires, McCullers will provide you with a detailed written proposal. Our competitive pricing includes all necessary labor, insurance and equipment. We are able to provide you with references that will attest to the professionalism of our company.
