arrived on time and finished the job with a little extra time involved. The were the first to respond to a cost request and followed-up with a phone call the next day. More than double what I had been paying a private cleaning lady for the same work, but they brought all their own stuff. I probably had a good deal with the previous lady.

They did an excellent, thorough job. Left everything sparkling. I was grateful that they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. I waited until the last minute to enlist an agency to clean my mother's house before it went on the market. Maids in Waiting saved me!

The office staff is great and were able to schedule me on very short notice. I paid for 5 hours, but only got 4 hours of service and I was too flustered after an early morning trip with kids to get to the apartment to argue the point. The apartment looked very good though.

Mostly OK with some areas which were not well-managed. A positive was the ability to work me in with short notice. One of the bathrooms was downstairs off the garage. I was charged additional to the estimate as the team leader said they had been there for the estimated time. I asked that they clean down the stairs, the entry and the bath. It was cursory at best. Dust was still on the top of light switch plates and baseboards. The rest of the house was acceptable. My previous private cleaning lady would take 4 hours and charge less and complete the same scope. This was a group of 3. I expected more for the money. I will likely try them one more time prior to making a decision regarding an ongoing relationship.

They did a fantastic job. Amanda went above and beyond to meet my needs. I would highly recommend this company. They are extremely nice, do a wonderful job and they work with you to make sure you are pleased.

It went ok. For a few dollars more I could've had the whole house cleaned. It was good. Good attitude and did what they were supposed to do. It was more expensive for just the bathroom. They were punctual.

The technicians did above and beyond on the services requested. I will be using Maids in Waiting again.

Unfortunately, there were too many tasks that they were unwilling to do such as cleaning blinds and windows among other things.

The cleaning was thorough, they even got out dirt I thought was impervious to any cleaner.

Service is always excellent. The same crew comes to my home every other week so they know exactly what to do with little direction. They are always on time - like clockwork - and very respectful of my home. Overall, they always do a great job - I'm fortunate to have found them!

I've been using Maids in Waiting for 10 years--starting when we moved to the Triangle. Asked around and this firm was recommended. I am always happy with their service. I love having the same team come, so I can get to know them and they me. These folks are so consistent and trustworthy! They come when we are not at home, letting themselves in and leaving the place beautiful, tidy, clean. They go above and beyond! They helped me out when we were out of town and they arrived to find our house broken into. They called the police, called me, made sure that the situation was addressed. I feel they are old reliable friends.

They are superb and great people. I pay $128 for three people to clean for an hour and half.

Automatic. Mostly they come during the day, so the house is dirty in the morning, clean in the evening. [update] Two years later: These people have great. The continue wonderful, reliable service and the house always looks great.

They are very loyal and good at what they do. They are efficient. They haven't changed their prices in 10 years.

I always use this company because they are thorough, reliable, and completely trustworthy. The owner, Jerry, and the office manager, Kay, are very pleasant and professional people who go out of their way every time to accommodate my schedule, sometimes with a short turnaround between tenants. I never have to worry about the results, because their cleaning crews always do a terrific job. Their pricing is also excellent. You can't find a better company.
