+ -1 moreCame to give us a quote and never came back, very unresponsive. He was recommended to us but I am very disappointed. Did not hire and would not hire for any work.

Description of Work: We had our entire house waterproofed following a moisture issue in the crawl space. Margarito was incredibly responsive to our first call and came out the next afternoon (on a Sunday!) to give us an estimate. He and his team ended up digging a trench around the perimeter of the house, installing a perforated pipe to drain to the front and back of the house, and painted on a membrane to the foundation. They did the work quickly and he even came back on his own initiative to make sure the waterproofing worked. He found a spot that needed more work and fixed it without additional charge. The price he charged was totally reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
