Little Corner replaced the siding on our 1910 bungalow in Durham. From estimate to completion we could not have been happier! We really need the job done correctly and on time, because this home was to be listed as our Airbnb. They did such a great job we hired them to do the porch. They replaced the pillars and the porch ceilin. Very happy with both completed jobs. Excellent work at a fair price!

I am very happy we selected Little Corner Construction. The house looks great! They did a great job with all our projects. They were especially helpful in suggesting style/design options for the siding, front porch, and fence. For siding, we ended up choosing James Hardie cedarmill lap siding, combined with board and batten in the front of the house. And for the fence, we arrived at this really cool looking horizontal design with a more modern look. The install staff was very professional and prompt. Our site team lead, Miguel, as well as the other Little Corner staff, were always open to answering any questions we had.

I have had an absolutely stellar experience with Little Corner Construction. So far, I have had them widen a driveway and do some much-needed foundation work. I have been so pleased with their work, that I plan on doing a re-siding project with them this summer as well! Vivian is amazing to work with. She is great at communicating with you the way you want to communicate. I am an email person, and she is great with getting emails back to me, but I have also had phone conversations, text messages, and of course, in-person conversations and she really takes the time not only to talk you through the scope of the project, but also to tell you WHY they need to do x, y, and z, and how long it should last you with good maintenance. The good prices, exceptional work quality, and communication are the main reasons I love working with Vivian and the team, but the icing on the cake is that I feel good about their business model. It is a co-op, which means they have team leads that are co-owners of the company. They have a vested interest and they get fairly compensated for the work they are putting in. I love supporting a group of local folks! - Excellent quality - Solid prices (and easy/free to get a quote) - Communication (rare!) - A business model I believe in Not sure what more you could ask from a construction company! They will be my go-to going forward!

They were extremely helpful and communicative while discussing our necessities and options. They did an amazing job with everything and we look forward to working with them again the next time we need anything fixed inside or outside our house.

Excellent experience with Little Corner! Vivian, Miguel, and Gloria were a pleasure to work with. Our fence turned out exactly how we were hoping, just based on one picture we pulled off pintrest. Great attention to detail, worked really fast, kept a very clean work site, and the price was super reasonable. We had gotten estimates from two other local companies; Little Corner came in way below the other guys, who were going to charge us an arm and a leg for selecting a custom design. Thanks, LCC!

Vivian and the rest of the team at Little Corner did a great job on this project. The co-op model ensures that everyone is personally committed to professionalism and excellence. They are a relatively new outfit, and seem to always be looking for ways to improve. Their estimate was competitive and they were very accommodating when we requested last-minute changes.
