Description of Work: Deck had never been finished by builder. After over a year, it was a mess. Lawrence Painting hand sanded the weathered wood (they said using a machine would ruin the remaining wood), power washed the entire deck and stairs, applied the conditioner/stain by hand. Work was excellent. I liked it so much, I had them do my weathered front porch.
