I found this company through Angie's List. It received good reviews so I had fairly high expectations. The owner came out for an estimate within a few days and was very friendly and appeared experienced and confident. He works with his wife and has two other guys who work for him, brings his own supplies, Oreck vacuums, avoids strong cleaning chemicals. It all sounded good to me and his price was 25 dollars less than another company I had contacted so I asked him to come back for a cleaning the following week. I was also happy that he wasn't going to charge me extra for the first-time "deep" cleaning like the other company would. He came while I was out of the house so I'm not sure if he was really on time or not, but I will assume he was. When I returned I went through the house to inspect his work. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. As soon as I walked in the door I was hit with a very strong perfume that irritated my throat. Later, when I asked him about it he told me they had used a "mild" deodorizer on my carpet and seemed surprised that it bothered me. My kitchen table chairs were flipped upside down on top of my table, presumably to wash the floors, and were not replaced. The tile kitchen floor and the hardwood floor in the foyer did not appear to have been cleaned although the owner said he cleaned it himself. They completely missed cleaning the office. There was still dust on the baseboards. Our master bathroom shower had cleaning powder left on the floor. The bathroom floor had a strange film/residue left on it. Our light fixture in the kitchen above the island was not cleaned even though we had discussed it during the estimate. Our glass-paned doors also were not cleaned. When I called the owner back he never apologized, but just said he would come back the next day to clean those things that he had missed. He said all he uses to clean the floors is water, which, in my opinion, is not enough to clean any floor. I'm glad that he agreed to come back, but would have been much happier if he had done it right in the first place. I understand we are all human and things can be missed here and there, but the number and size of things that he missed were unacceptable in my opinion. And furthermore, the following day he called to say his truck had broke down and he wouldn't be able to come until the next day. It's the next day as I am writing this so I hope nothing else comes up and he is able to come as promised.

The first time they came out was alright, but every time they came out after it got worse and didn't complete items they were supposed to do.

Lonnie was on the site each day and followed up daily to ensure his company was meeting or exceeding our expectations. We have already referred him to our friends, because we were so satisfied.

We were very pleased with the services. We felt the price was pretty high compared to others that we have used in the past. We were pleased with his services. He was very nice and friendly.

The owner is very friendly and came right out for the estimate. They came the next day. They forgot to do some work in the kitchen, such as cleaning the stove and they forgot one bathroom. I called this to their attention and they did come back and clean what they were supposed to have done in the first place. I think that they did a satisfactory job.

Lonnie and his coworker arrived on time, were reasonably priced and were very personable. The work was more then acceptable, truly great when combined with the overall experience. Also not pushy about report service.

They came at the very last minute, which was great because we ran out of time to do it ourselves before our guests arrived. They were very nice and did a good job.

At the beginning it was hard to schedule an estimate. The owner missed a few appointments, but was very apologetic and re-scheduled everytime. He was always good about calling us back when we left a message. He was able to schedule a date to service within only a few days notice. Overall, the house looked great. Some parts, like ceilings and light fixtures were missed, but overall it went great.

Excellent job. Everything looked spotless. On time and quick estimate. Work was completed quickly and efficiently even with only 2 people.

Lonnie did an excellent job. He worked quick and went out of his way to adjust his schedule to get our house cleaned immediately. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and Lonnie did a great job working with them while cleaning the house.

Everything went well. They showed on time; performed the services in a timely manner. Were polite and respectful of my pets; left no mess. They even cleaned in places that I did not expect, but needed.

Did a very nice job. Thorough cleaning, no varying crews to deal with.

Extremely pleased with this cleaning service. We have used L&D for about three years now and would recommend to others. They use non-toxic chemicals to clean which we like due to our four house dogs, and they do a great job.
