Second time I have hired Mr. Ledesma. Professional and skilled craftsman. Punctual and excellent communication. When job completed, left the premises spotless. Will refer anyone needing masonry work performed, to contact Jose.

Mr. Ledesma did an EXCEPTIONALLY good job.... it all looked so neat, so trim, so aesthetically pleasing. And, Jose was a delight to work with and he was extremely professional (always on time, completed the job within his estimated time frame, hard worker). I have high standards in terms of the quality of work done to my home and he exceeded them. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Jose did an excellent job repairing our broken and deteriorating brick steps. He replaced the mortar between all the steps, replaced broken bricks and cleaned up when the job was done. He was dependable, communicated when the job would start and completed, and followed through. We moved into our new home over twenty years ago, most of our neighbors who had the same builder are having similar problems with their steps. We are so happy that Jose responded to our request for a quote. He is a professional and performs excellent brick work. We definitely recommend him for similar work and if needed will use him again.

Awesome! Jose did a fantastic job. He quoted the job within a day or two of me contacting him. Jose is very good at his job and has a lot of customers so it will take some months for him to start and the exact date will move around due to rain. However, he will keep you informed about the changes and once he starts he works every day all day unless the cement needs to dry to start the next step. His workmanship is first class, he cleans up well after he is done. When talking about your budget, he makes great suggestions. Overall, I cannot say enough nice things about Jose!

Jose did a wonderful job, paying attention to detail, making sure the wall being built perfectly. He made design change suggestions that were aesthetically pleasing and well-engineered. He went beyond just the wall and made sure all the related aspects were taken care of as well. Jose was able to start a half day earlier than planned. He arrived each morning on time and completed his work on time. He went beyond the agreed tasks finding and fixing problems we we had not noticed. The workmanship is excellent. He is an artist. Our front steps have not looked so good in many years. He was able to match the mortar color. He is a very nice person and always demonstrated professionalism. He left the area in excellent condition. We could not be more pleased.

The quality of work was very good. Due to the rain in Jan and Feb and another job which Jose was working there was a 6 week gap before he came back to complete the job. During that time he rarely responded to a text or voice mail in a timely fashion. That became a frustrating issue for me. A second part of the work involves adding brick steps to the retaining wall. He said that he'll be ready to start that in a couple of weeks. I plan to have Jose do that work providing he can assure me of completion in a timely fashion. The planned cost for that work is $2100.

Mr. Ledesma did an outstanding job. He is a skilled brick mason who took our vision and made it a reality. We needed (2) sets of stairs replaced that had settled over the past 30 years and a new walkway leading to both. We'd had drainage issues in one section that he corrected with a new drainage system in the walkway. He was responsive to our communications and very punctual. The price was very fair. He worked hard everyday he was here & even came on a Saturday with his son to make up for a rainy Friday. The final result looks amazing! We are very, very pleased & would rehire him in a minute!

Mr. Ledesma was quick to respond. He arrived on time for the estimate. Reviewed work that was needed and gave a fair price. We agreed to have him do the work and he scheduled a date to come and do the job. He arrived on time that day, got to work, and finished that day. Mr. Ledesma was neat, professional and fair. I would definitely hire again for any masonry work in the future.

Jose did an excellent job! He was very responsive and provided a quote within a day or two of reviewing the site. Price was very competitive. He removed the existing porch and took away all the debris, selected matching brick, poured new concrete footings, added concrete blocks and stone for drainage, poured another layer of concrete and enlarged and rebuilt the brick porch and steps. This porch is here to stay. He cut out and matched up the walkway and sloped the brick floor away from the house. Jose cleaned up the site every day and finished the project in a short amount of time. I highly recommend him! Chris

Jose did an excellent job at a reasonable price. At first, he said he was so booked up, he couldn't begin the project for a few months. Then a client canceled, he called me, and we arranged a time to begin and finish the project. He's a fine man, easy to communicate with, and always professional.
