Description of Work: Our new tenant, 800 miles away, stated there was no hot water. When my troubleshooting with him did not resolve the problem, I found JD Plumbing on Angie's List and as a trusted company, hired them to inspect the situation. I SOS'd them Sunday night. First thing Monday morning they called me and within an hour they had made an appt that day with your tenant. The pilot light went out and in fact it was difficult to relight but JD took care of the matter and inspected the entire hot water heater, calling me with a detailed review of his inspection. Very courteous, fair price. Highly recommended and will use again if I need a plumber.

Description of Work: We had a gas water heater installed. AND |Another gentleman came and evaluated our heating system and found a crack in the heat exchanger among other problems with the 18 year old system. We were quoted a price to replace and it was completed that day. The crew was here until after dark on a Friday night. Found them all to be top notch !!!!

Description of Work: My waterheater died and was leaking. JD Plumbing arrived within an hour of my call for help. Removed the old water water heater and disposed of it. Put in a new water heater and added a water filter to keep the sediment from prematurely ending the life of the new water heater. Certified Trained Technician, Michael Ellington was efficient, polite and professional. Superlative service from start to finish. They have my highest recommendation.

Description of Work: In a new home, had some issues with water pressure. Service man came out and adjusted several different faucets, went into crawl space, etc. and charged me NOTHING. It was unbelievable. He gave me the plan options for maintenance and care for plumbing and HVAC and emailed me options. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a company!

Description of Work: had problems with my kitchen sink disposal. They were able to schedule service very quickly, the next morning. Although the appointment was scheduled for 8am, I didn't hear from the plumber until 8:15. However, once we confirmed the appointment, he was able to come and get the work done quickly and effectively. He provided me with all appropriate options, and informed me of their preferred customer options without being hard sell. I would not hesitate to use them again - very pleasant, professional, and the price was reasonable.

Description of Work: I found J D Plumbing on Angies List and selected them because of other recommendations on this site. I called them cold(no prior service)& was pleased with their promptness. They arrived at 8:30am, determined the problem as neither of my 2 toilets would drain.; tried the least costly fix which did not solve the problem. My house was built in 1983 & until now never had this problem; the main line to the street was clogged. The technician called the office and a hi-pressure hose with cutting tool arrived with 20 minutes and the line was cleaned. Before any work was begun, the tech gave me detailed bids for each of three possible fixes. I appreciate the options. I would definately recommend J D Plumbing to my friends and neighbors
