Very honest, upfront, and treated us with respect. Also, they answered all of my stupid questions without making me feel like I was asking a lot of stupid questions. We will use them again.

A little high for the items called for (reconnecting plumbing and gas after countertop replacement). Very courteous and good at upselling. Replaced my pressure gauge and relocated the main shut off to the house. Both needed done, but had not considered before recommendation. Ultimately good experience, but spent well more than I was thinking when making initial contact.

The technician was great. Very knowledgeable, very courteous. Work side of the business great. The customer service person was just ok. The other problem was not being very responsive. Took three days to show when I was told the same I called a tech was available later that afternoon.

I was very pleased with the customer service from the phone calls to keep me in touch to the end product. The service men were very polite and answered any question I asked. I would hire them again.

They called and came out within two hours. The service tech was polite and got right to work. If you have an emergency, I would definitely recommend this company for quick results at a fair price.

First things first -- the technician, Adam, was great -- did fine work. HOWEVER, all he did was add a multi-turn angle valve to a piece of copper pipe to my dishwasher. The part is about $8 at Home Depot, took him about 7-8 minutes to add it -- the cost? $224. I get it, plumbers get paid well hourly, but $1500 an hour is INSANE. The other task was replacing the pressure regulator (since my PSI was over 125, according to his gauge). This job took him about 15 minutes part is probably anywhere from $70-120 the cost? $308. So, all in all over $500 for less than 30 minutes of work. Ask around to your neighbors for recommendations and give these guys a pass if you're interested in something economical.

They were timely and professional. The problem was identified and resolved. However, I thought the cost was a little high. My issue was milky or cloudy hot water coming out of faucets that cleared up in one to five minutes from bottom to top and a pin hold leak in a 3/4in water line.

Very nice, professional crew. Replaced HVAC system, including furnace, heat pump and thermostat in one day.
