Shawn came out first time and gave me a quote for what the service would cost me. We walked through everything and reviewed what work would be completed. They provided me a quote and followed up with me later in the week. After reviewing other quotes and options I decided to have JD Service do the work. Shawn arrived on time and completed the work as requested. Work performed was installation of a Tankless Hot Water Heater. They also removed the old tank unit.

Steven C. and Charles Foster were both fabulous. Steven was very professional, nice and patient. He rebuilt two toilets and installed a new kitchen faucet because of leaks. Charles Foster provided me with HVAC rezoning quote. He was great! He inspected my home and then provided me with excellent feedback. JD service is doing the actual installation as I write this! I highly recommend them both.
