Appointment was arranged through Home Advisor and confirmation by email received through Home Advisor for the appointment the following day. I called the JD office when no one arrived or called at 20 minutes after scheduled arrival time. Had to reschedule for the following day. Chris the technician was excellent getting repairs done.

It was not an urgent repair but the professional came the next day (Tuesday instead of Monday) - that was not much of a concern for us. BTW, they are on the expensive side.

The 1st Tech let the sewer out under the house, I am still cleaning up the mess. The 2nd Tech fix the issue the 1st Tech did not.

The technician can lied 15 minutes before arriving. He gave me three quotes of different repair options. He had everything on his truck, including a ne faucet and finished the work in an hour.

Charged $140 to look at kitchen sink. They recommended I get Moen to replace the faucet, then they would come back and install it for another $200+. I will shop around for installation pricing.

Billy was extremely thorough with the work as well the explanations each step of the way. They were not the cheapest, but the value added by the extra things they do is worth the peace of mind to be able to sleep at nite.
