Would have rated higher if the first technician, hadn't been at the house for over 8 hours. They should have sent two guys. Also, there was an electrical problem within a day, and I had to be assertive to get someone out, as the receptionist said they closed at 4 pm (it was 3:45). However, someone came and fixed it within an hour.

The service was excellent. My only complaint is they need to do a better job on explaining expectations for when a plumber will be at your house and then keep you updated more frequently thru out the day.

Adam came out to put in our hot water heater. What a delightful young man. He explained the entire process, was very professional,and we would really like to adopt him.
