JD service was very courteous and prompt

JD Service Now was impressive. They were very professional. Showed up on time and once they arrived they went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing issue was resolved. I'm in the service business and recognize when a business values their customers. JD was not the least expensive option, but I feel like it's worth the extra money to know it's done right by a knowledgeable technician.

The service technician was very personable and conscientious. He identified the problem and took care of the problem. He even cleaned up. Very happy with the service provided.

Service person very good and neat dressed

Everyone was really nice and Arron and Hunter, my installers, were awesome! The only problem I had was the scheduler/main office manager, Amy, needs some help. She is great but I think she is responsible for too much.

I hired them to come look at my well. Instead of looking at my well they wanted to install a 1300.00 water filtration system instead even though they saw that I have a state of the art filtration system already. After pleading with them to look at my well, (I told them I believed the well to be caved in or the pump was resting on the bottom)we came to an agreement that they would look at the well and pull the pump up 10 feet just in case the pump was resting on the well floor, to help with the discolored water. When they tried to pull the well up, they were not able to. They advised me that the well had caved in. They charged me for a service fee and a consult fee just to tell me they can't help me and to call a well company. I thought they were a well company. I searched on home advisor for a pump and well company, but was told by the technician that they can work on well pumps but not the well itself. I was a waste of my time, as well as theirs and I am out the money.

I think his charges are more than the local tecnicians

In the process of repairing our faucet the sink was damaged. JD Service took full responsibility for the damage and replaced our sink with a higher quality sink when an equivalent one was not available at no additional cost to us. Because of their integrity, they are now my regular plumber.

Aaron was very professional and personable. He assessed the situation, gave me options with quotes, and did a fine job. When the repair required material he didn't have on his truck, he spent the extra time to run over to a nearby hardware store and when they didn't have the correct material, he came up with a temporary fix that allowed me to have full use of my faucet and then came back later to make sure it was properly fixed.

Very professional and eager to provide great customer satisfaction

Aaron was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the work that needed to be done, the pricing, and offered us several options. Plus, he was a super nice guy...I tried to talk him into moving into our neighborhood.

Its nice to deal with a real person with ethical values

Fast, friendly, sent email prior to visit telling name of plumber and background of his experience. Followed up with call to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent job.

They showed up, explained what needed to be done, gave various options and let us determine which way to proceed. they were un-phased as we added things to look at as went along.

Chris came on time and installed new fill valves in 3 toilets.

Communications with the company were efficient, friendly and helpful. The service technicians were on time, polite, informative, considerate, knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely call JD Service Now again.

He was great would definitely use him again in the future

JD Service Now actually came a day early! Steve Craver, and assistant Paul Haberstroh found the broken pipe, and repaired it within an hour! They work well together, cleaned up after project was finished! I would use them again! Well worth the money spent, and it was much less than I thought the job would cost!!! Use these guys! Dick Piltz
