We had an emergency on a Saturday. The wait was three hours past the initial anticipated time. Once, Matthew arrived he was pleasant, effective and efficient in the repair. Was very happy with his service.

The guy who did the repair did a great job and his workmanship on our faucets was done very well and done efficiently He was very helpful on other plumbing questions I had neede$ answered.

Home Advisor connected me to JD Service Now within minutes of my request. Had a plumber out the next morning with a friendly phonecall from customer service first thing in the morning to let me know expected arrival time. The technician that arrived (Billy) was on time, courteous and thoroughly explained all troubleshooting and pricing before proceeding. JD Service charged for the service, not an hourly rate. My leak is repaired with no surprise charges, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend this service company.

They were the first ones to get to my house after a leaking water heater, and the experience with the dispatch and the crew was positive overall. The technicians were very competent, and schedule changes were communicated to me appropriately. The cost was definitely on the higher side by a wide margin, based on an informal survey of peers, but unfortunately we did not have the luxury of shopping around for counter offers. The quality of work and materials seems pretty good for now, although only time can tell whether that will still be true.
