JD Service Now - Plumbing

The technician was responsible , knowledgeable, and informative. however when scheduling there was a conflict of interest due to the first appointment was not met. The company should implement a calendar with allotted time slots for scheduling instead of having an open window the day of the appointment.The company did come three days later and finished the project, but it was frustrating knowing that I had taken the day off three days prior not to get the project taken care of the day in which it was originally requested.

Technician was prompt and very professional. I will recommend and use JD Service for any of my future needs.

Very pleasant repairman. Responded to call quickly even though replacements couldn’t be completed until after the holidays. New toilets working wonderfully. Thought “rebuilding” not repairing, old toilet was pricey, but necessary.

They responded to my request immediately and was able to resolve the problem in the same day.

Came on time and worked hard from 9:30am to 5:30pm. When finished cleaned area and took all trash. Technician was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I am extremely happy with my experience with JD Service Now. I received a call from them the same day I contacted HomeAdvisor, and the technician came to my home 2 days later (this was not an emergency issue). Tony arrived promptly, examined the several items needing repair, and provided me with a quote within 10 or 15 minutes. Once I agreed, he worked efficiently and fixed all 4 of my issues, three toilet seal issues and a non-working garbage disposal, within an hour and a half. While I didn't comparison shop for this work, the price was in line with my expectations. I believe I received good value and quality for my money. I will definitely use JD Service Now for any plumbing issues I experience.

Everything was fine but I was disappointed that for the price, they cut an access hole in our wall and did not repair as part of the job. We didn't have a hole when they came, we shouldn't have one now that they are gone.

Customer service was excellent and the technician showed up on time. However, the price quoted was so exorbitant for a relatively routine and minor (replacing shower cartridge) task that I was better off paying their visiting charge and getting it done with another professional emergency service company @ 199/hr and still saved money. I understand the cost of the same-day service, but the technician was unable to explain the rationale for that exorbitant quote other than 'we have a set price'. Then, I would have expected upfront quote as I have explained the job clearly before scheduling.

Mr Jordan is a very knowledgeable and very experianced plumber. He also is very nice and courteous. He was prompt, left no mess behind and very resonable with his fee. I would highly recommend him to do any plumbing work. I would definantly hire him again.

JD Service responded quickly to a leak I had in my shower. They cut open a wall in a crawl space and diagnosed the problem. The support staff and tech were very professional and put my mind at ease. However, the cost was relatively high for the service performed (i.e., diagnosis, no repair), but is consistent with the industry.
