JD Plumbing is the place to call when your pump freezes up in midwinter and you have no water. They came right out and thawed out the pump. I was extremely grateful for their courtesy, their expertise and their efficient work.

Prompt and friendly service

Responded very quickly, came out and offered several options for the replacement of water heaters. Work was done quickly.

Quality of work was good and quick. The repairman came quickly due to an opening of availability. Company does not give quotes beforehand and also more expensive than nearby companies.

Quick response to a water leak issue. The plumber did some troubleshooting to locate the leak and repaired it. He was totally transparent on what the cost would be before doing the work. Good company to work with.

Steven was great! He informed me of insulation lacking under my house (had no clue) and the need of a vapor barrier. He worked out several option and prices without making me feel a need to pick one over the other. I also discussed future plans for Whole House filtration system and he was kind enough to work up an estimate that was also very reasonable. He fixed my water heater and pointed out some code issues and DIY work that was not up to par. I will be getting a new water heater from them in the near future

The customer service was great, the technician was wonderful. The price tag was a bit too much for what all was installed. I feel I did pay a bit over, but the technician knew he was coming at me with a high bill and provided me ways to save on this and that was great!
