Douglas has been a pleasure to know. He's professional, personable and has been great through this process. He drew up plans for our screen porch which is finally becoming a reality. He has very creative ideas and listened to our ideas and what we wanted. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it's been to work with Douglas. He is also incredibly reasonable for pricing. His fee was more what a draftsman or tradesman would charge rather than an architect! I'm so glad that I met him. He has also been a great resource for other projects. He's referred contractors, electricians, engineers and he hasn't even charged us for that. We are also using him to draw up plans to renovate a garage into master bedroom and bath. This project is ongoing so I will write another review when it's complete. I can't say enough good things about Douglas. Really glad I met him!
