Description of Work: Jason created a door to the crawl space in the side of the house, created a drainage well for the crawl space, made the door for it and filled the drainage well with gravel. He also fixed a drain that was not working properly in an outside patio area, replaced the french drain, ran it along the side of a deck and out onto the hill. It works great, cannot clog and now the patio is useable as an access point to the house during heavy downpours. Previously it was under water!

+ -1 moreMr. Vazquez was coming with the crew at 8 a.m. to discuss details and begin the job. It was raining and no work could be done, but Mr. Vazquez came anyway to go over the job. The crew always showed up at exactly the time he said they would. They were fast and experienced at their jobs. They wasted no time, properly covered and protected the surrounding area and mixed and poured the pad in about an hour. They cleaned up perfectly. If it weren't for the pad itself, you would never know they were there. Various crew members came for the next day or two to check the job and finally pick up the forms and do a final check. It could not have gone smoother. I would use him anytime and recommend him highly. Great work.
Description of Work: Arthur Vazquez and his crew poured a concrete pad 71/2'x71/2' in our backyard for a hot tub.
