Never use Hygieia. They broke my shower doors a couple of months ago, and they refuse to pay me for them. I have an e-mail stating they would agreed to $750, and it's been two months, and I still don't have my money. They were constantly late, and did at best an OK job. Use someone else. Joshua is also a liar. Don't trust him. I've called and e-mailed on 6 occasions in the lsat two weeks, and I have received no responses. I'm not exaggerating. 6 times in two weeks. STAY AWAY! I'm a fellow business owner, and these guys should be out of business.

"I am sorry this client feels this way. However, the client has not shared all of the story. The shower door he is referring to was not properly hinged to the wall and was coming loose. One of Hygieia's cleaning specialists pointed this out to him in one of the first cleanings Hygieia performed. However, he did nothing to repair it. Hence, during one of the cleanings, the door fell off the wall and landed on one of my employees cutting her with glass. If someone is visiting your house and falls through a floor board do you charge them to fix the floor. No! It is the responsibility of the homeowner to provide a safe environment for guests and cleaners who enter your home. In adddition, Hygieia went above and beyond to meet this client's needs. The original pricing provided to the client was for cleanings every two week. After a month, the client informed us that he was in the process of trying to sell another property and couldn't afford cleanings every two weeks, so could we move to once a month at the same price until the other house sold. He said this should only be for a month or two. Needless to say, 6 months later, and he still hadn't gone back to every two weeks. And although the amount of work we had to do doubled with 4 weeks in between cleanings, I still never raised his pricing. In addition, I received multiple emails from this client saying that my cleaning teams had done a wonderful job. "Being so detailed that they even got on their hands and knees with a lint roller to try to get animal hair off of area rugs". I believe his frustration and anger stems from his own failure to repair something, of which he was well aware, and then trying to make us cover that cost. If we break something in your home, a vase, a picture, a glass, etc. We will always either replace it or offer you the value of the item. I am thankful to say that in 5 years of business, we have never had this problem. But the structural integrity of your home unfortunately is your responsibilty. I regret that we were not able to meet this client's needs."

The team showed up on time ready for work. The team was very pleasant and only used earth friendly products as per my request. They were very easy going and a pleasure to have in my home as opposed to other crews. I appreciate their warm calm energy. They did an initial deep cleaning that will be followed with weekly cleaning. They will provide additional support as needed for specific times of year and family events.

I have been using Hygieia Cleaning Service for the past few months and feel blessed to have found them. They first did a thorough walk through of my house, taking notes as I explained my needs. I was able to request a specific person to clean my house and was guaranteed that it would always be the same person. They have communicated promptly, professionally and thoroughly via e-mail and cell phone to any questions I've had during the start-up process. In addition, when my daughter was in a mess from new construction they responded quickly to an emergency call, arrived on the next work day and cleaned her house the day before Christmas, and she's not even a regular customer. They're the best!

We have been working with Hygieia since 8/2012. We have been 110% satisfied with their service, actually they continue to exceed our expectations. They do a great job cleaning our house which is messy with a toddler and two cats. They are professional, punctual and extremely accommodating. Everyone we have encountered with Hygieia has been super friendly and responsible. They are great with our pets, and so flexible with our toddler's nap schedule and our work schedule (as we work from home). They are trustworthy and we have referred them to multiple friends and co-workers. Josh, Michael and their team are awesome to work with, we couldn't ask for a better cleaning service. We wish every company we encountered could be as great as Hygieia. We highly recommend them.

My co-worker recommended them. They took a lot longer than I expected which wasn't good but they did do a good job. I think it might have been that the owner came through and gave me an estimate. They didn't charge me more but they did it too long. They gave me a flat rate which was good. They took a lot of time in the house and I was working and it was disrupted. They told me it was about 2 or 3 hours and it ended up being 4 hours the first day and then they came in early the next day and my in-laws were coming in town for a month that's why we're doing all this. They basically just made it out before my in-laws came. They did a good job and they were very nice, they didn't charge me anymore but the time was the real issue. I think they are missing somebody so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. It's not a big house it wasn't that dirty. For a 3-bedroom house, it's $325. I think they are missing a person who is actually like their best person but should sound negative or anything. I don't think it would take many hours over of what we expected because it was just an estimate, but they never cleaned the house before. It took a little too long but the charging was fair because they gave me a flat rate which no one does, they all charge by the hour. I think as a business, they really didn't make as much money as they should have. They have 2 or 3 people coming in. They did to a really good job. The quality was great. They set stuff because they have an aesthetic sense that me and my wife do not have, they lay things out very nicely, it's really well done. They were prompt, on time and they were here when they said they would. When I called them to find out how to pay and everything, they e-mailed back. They were also punctual and professional.

However, your place required a great deal more time than anticipated due to quite a bit of build up. As you had mentioned, your place hadn't been cleaned since before you moved in two years ago. Also, there was also a lot of stuff that needed to be moved in order to clean the surfaces. Josh and Michael do a great job. They are on time, professional, thorough and flexible. If I need them to do something extra, they take care of it. They also clean carpets (for an extra fee). Their rates are competitive (I got several bids) and I like the fact that they focus on using and quot;greenerand quot; cleaning products. They are also nice people; it's easy to have them in the house.
