GUTTERGUARD DIXIE HOME CRAFTERS

Overall, I like the final product and the installation seems fine. Every other aspect of the experience was unprofessional. I initiated contact with Gutterguard. First, the scheduler was obnoxious and unprofessional. The salesperson was over 1 hour late to our scheduled appointment. The sales pitch was very aggressive and they wouldn't quote me a bottom line or best price. Instead, as I kept saying no, they kept dropping the price. In the end, I ''saved'' almost 50% off their initial estimate. I still feel I was cheated based on what I learned others have paid for this service. After the sales pitch, the installers did not show up on the day they scheduled. The inspector was also a no-show when scheduled. (All this time I've taken off work to meet them at the house.) I never received an apology until after I contacted the general manager, Dave Messer. He was fine, but offered no additional discount or way to make things right. Overall, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Sales person friendly, professional. Fast service - sale on Saturday, gutters in on Tuesday. They look and work great. Charged as quoted - no surprises. Only issue was clean up - all the debris from gutters was dumped in yard and on deck. Took several days for them to come back out and clean up.

THESE GUTTERS ARE VERY HIGH QUALITY & ARE GUARANTEED FOR LIFE. SO FAR, I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER WITH THE SYSTEM. EVERYTHING WORKS JUST FINE & THEY DO LOOK NICE.

THEY INSTALLED THESE GUTTERS ABOUT 3 OR 4 YEARS AGO, & THEY ARE JUST FANTASTIC. THE PRICE TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED WAS PRETTY HIGH, BUT I DO FEEL THAT THEY ARE WORTH IT. THEY COME WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR REPAIRS & CLEANING.
