Horrible experience -- the solid wood shaker style doors we contracted and paid for are actually soft wood-framed MDF. The paint looks like primer with a very dull finish (unlike the sample). The glass-door cabinets that were built to fill the void between our existing cabinets and the ceiling didn't match the construction and don't align with the cabinets they now sit on top of. Wayne Harris operates this one man shop with a relative assisting with installations. Getting him to return my calls was a challenge (even before there were problems) and he never brought a shop vac with him -- leaving me to clean up after his many visits. After discovering and questioning the MDF panels, Wayne claimed he didn't know they were made of MDF and that he had ordered solid wood. He then sent us a letter that basically said MDF is made of wood therefore we got what we contracted for -- solid wood doors! The contract didn't just say solid wood, it said "no MDF". The issues we had were many and we had to threaten lawsuit to get some of our money back. After waiting years and saving for a kitchen remodel we ended up with cabinets we are not happy with :( On a happier note, we love our floors and counter tops -- contracted through someone else.

The owner, Wayne Harris, is absolutely wonderful. They are just great people. We purchased an older house, so there were no square corners or standard measurements in the kitchen. The kitchen had five doors going into the kitchen and I thought there would be no way we could get a decent kitchen out of the house. He came in and put it together and built and installed the cabinets perfectly the first time. There was no crying or yelling.
