Description of Work: Installed porch swing and warned that it might not stay, it didn't. Also, added brackets outside for hanging plants, and a bunch of other little stuff I can't remember. He also was working under "duress" as we were getting out of town company. He worked well, tried to stay out of the way, did his work and left. I was pleased with his work.

+ -1 moreI called him up and coincidentally he was a block from my house. I rushed home from work and by the time I got there, he had already replaced the bulb. For 5 minutes of work he got $45, which is supposedly his minimum price. I would consider using him again for odd jobs as he apparently does other work for people in my neighborhood.
Description of Work: Change an outside light bulb. It sounds stupid but it's high over steps and is not the easiest thing to get to.
